6. Surface treatment: In order to improve the wear resistance and lubricity of the guide rail, the guide rail is often surface treated. Commonly used surface treatment methods include chrome plating, spraying, etc. to increase the surface hardness and lubricity of the guide rail.

7. Assembly and debugging: The guide rail after surface treatment is assembled and debugged, and it is matched with the workbench and slider to ensure its smooth and stable movement.
